CAF release new report
CAF release new report digging into the public's views of Payroll Giving and makes recommendations on how its usage could be increased.
"Only a third (36%) of people have heard of the scheme, which allows employees to make regular charitable donations from their salary. More than a quarter of employees say they would be likely to use Payroll Giving in the future, but a lack of understanding could be holding potential donors back. There is much greater interest once Payroll Giving is explained, especially among millennials and Gen Z. Working for a company with a social purpose increasingly matters to the millennial generation. When asked, younger workers are the most likely to say they would use a Payroll Giving scheme."
