The following list provides a list of key contacts within the Payroll Giving Sector:

Payroll Giving Agencies (PGA’s):

Any organisation wishing to run a Payroll Giving scheme has to register with a Payroll Giving Agency (PGA) from the HMRC approved list. The PGA's receive donations from companies and then send (disburse) donations to the nominated charities.  For more information you can contact the main PGA’s via the links below:

Professional Fundraising Organisations (PFO's):

Any organisation that has a Payroll Giving scheme and wishes to work with an external agency to promote Payroll Giving to their employees can work with a PFO to engage their staff and promote the scheme. Employees can choose any charity to support, and find out more about the charities included within the PFO's 'basket'. For further information you can contact the PFOs via their links below:

Combined Service:

Some organisations offer a combined service, integrating the work and services of both a PGA and PFO. For further information you can contact these companies via the links below:

It also provides a great opportunity to hear from other sector colleagues whether from charities, professional fundraising organisations (PFO's), agencies or industry bodies. The Special Interest Group can be contacted via email to: payrollgiving@ciof.org.uk

The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals:
